If your new Friedrich A/C is missing knobs, a remote control, or has a damaged front panel, there is no need to think about returning it. Just contact us, and we will have a new part sent out to you right away. If you believe that your A/C has damage that cannot be fixed with a new part, a Friedrich Authorized Service Center, will send a qualified repair-person to assist you.
