The only problem I had was that it took them 3 business days to ship my order -- after I had paid for 2nd Day Air. Since I paid extra -- because I wanted to receive my order quickly -- this shipping delay seemed ridiculous to me, so I sent them an e-mail to complain. Much to my delight, they responded by upgrading the shipping to Next Day Air (at no
charge) and I received my order the very next day. Their no nonsense, no excuse approach to resolving this issue won my respect and admiration. I will definitely shop with them again.

It's a little large for my counter top and takes up a little more room then I expected, but I really don't mind too much. I have purchased at least 10 toasters in the past 39 years, and this is the best ever! Toasts perfectly every time, easy to clean too.

The item descriptions were excellent and it was very easy to order. I ordered a substitute which was immediately shipped and the resulting small price difference was credited to my credit card. I am VERY, VERY satisfied with this vendor.
